The loose theme of Shamrock is Irishness, Eire, and Irish ancestry. Consequently, the underlying story is that of Ireland being invaded by an plaque of electric tigers bouncing about, chasing a young lad with electric bolts, leprechaun pirates (on a green pirate ship flying a shamrock flag) pounced upon during onboard pixie dust parties (tigers swim very well, you know) and other things from Dublin to Belfast to Boston.
